UNDERSTANDING YOUR POSITION

What “Not sure” really means.

A clear answer starts with knowing what has—and has not—been checked.

An unanswered question is useful information

If a filing’s history or supporting evidence has not been confirmed, marking it “Not sure” keeps the question visible. It gives the company and its advisers a specific point to investigate.

Look for the missing piece

The next step may be finding a receipt, reviewing a prior period or asking the person who handled the work. Add a note about what is missing and give the follow-up an owner.

Update the status after checking

Keep a non-confidential note of the check. Do not upload evidence or confidential details. An absence of reminders is not proof that nothing is outstanding.

Start with the company profile

The workflow uses confirmed company profile details and the approved register. Unknown answers stay visible; they never establish compliance.
